Banagher is a small friendly and very welcoming town on the River Shannon located in the heart of the Midlands. This town is the home to our English Language Centre, which is a family run organisation, headed by husband & wife team, Barbara and John Feeney. Barbara & John have been hosting and teaching English to their International visiting students since 2012. Banagher Language Centre offers a safe and youth-friendly environment where students can effectively learn English. We have a truly unique approach to teaching, and offer all you need from a language centre but with a personal approach. We have modern facilities, experienced, qualified and caring staff & host families, incredible activities, a great location, where fun memories and friendships can be made that we hope last a lifetime.

Our teaching method will not only improve the student’s core skills of speaking, reading, writing and listening by using creative techniques, it also encourages active participation from each student, developing their vocabulary and fluency, whilst building their self confidence.

We pride ourselves in offering customized courses for groups of junior students & senior students which incorporate tuition, accommodation, and a fabulous choice of activities.
